True SPC plank, never laminate. Sand is an abrasive and the humidity never lets up — our Style SPC collections carry up to a 20mil commercial wear layer over a stone core that can't absorb moisture.

Porcelain in the wet areas, with full waterproofing membranes behind every shower wall. That's the part of the job island humidity tests hardest, and it's invisible the day it's finished.

On color, the island has a clear favorite: the Nova collection's driftwood and sand tones. Bright, calm, and forgiving of everything tracked in from the beach.

Gulf-front towers on Estero Boulevard have the strictest logistics in our service area: association approval packets, sound-control underlayment specs, insurance certificates, elevator reservations, and tight working hours. We run this process routinely — you get one licensed GC (CBC1269816) owning the schedule and the paperwork.

Rebuilding smarter after storms

Many island homes have been through the drill: flooring out, drywall cut, insurance claims. When you rebuild, rebuild with materials that make the next event survivable — stone-core plank that dries out instead of swelling, and tile assemblies that were waterproof from the slab up.
